Radon is an invisible, odorless gas that is a natural radioactive decay product of uranium, a common element in soil and rocks. Radon is the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers, according to EPA estimates and is the second leading cause of lung cancer, overall. For that reason, we offer radon air testing to assess the level of radon in your home.  We set up test kits at the time of your inspection which remain in place for 48-96 hours and you typically receive results within 48 hours of receipt by the lab.

If you have a specific concern about change in taste or odor of your water and would like to know if any contaminants are present. In addition, many lenders now require water testing before they approve home loans if there is a well on the property.  We take your samples following the necessary guidelines and protocols and send them to the lab for testing. The lab offers analysis on 53-249 substances depending on which level of testing you choose, and results are generally received in 2-10 days from testing.
